Connection-Problems

so

i have:

/rate 45000
/snaps 40
/cl_maxpackets 30
/cl_timnudge -50

ping = 180
allways when i come to a place where a lot of player are my conection joins to : Unselected ^^
dunno why *.*
than i chance it to LAN/Cable/xDSL -apply and bääm it joined back to unselected o.O

hm yes i know , but it dont help .. if i make maxpackets 100 my ping rise from 120-600 ^^

Try to put Auto Rate : off
and maybe u can get a netlimiter

LAN/Cable/xDSL is /rate 25000

if you set it to 45000 then is unselected of course, because you have set your own rate

where can i make auto-rate off ?
and if i do /rate 25000 - dont work -.- it allways chanced to 26000^^ -> unselected

when u join a server just go :
esc > jaymod > misc > Network > Auto Rate > Autostep : off
and it work.

If you have a broadband connection use cl_maxpackets 100.
And you didn't give us any details about your connection, its speed, if you share it with someone or not?
