How to play the funny sounds in game?

Hello, I'm new to ET. I noticed that on ETC servers players can play many funny sounds, like "Y.M.C.A.", like "This is my rifle, this is my gun...". I would like to know how I can do that as well. :lol: :lol:

Can anyone please tell me how to do that ? Thanks a lot !
