Hello Fellow Etc ers

I 'm new to the clan. and what I was wondering is if I do !Help then I see a lot of new possibilities. However, I have no idea what it all exactly means and does. is there a list of or can someone make a list explaining what the ( code) is doing . This will greatly help me. and probably other new and old members also.
