So I have to install a new OS on my PC - keep ETC

Hey Everybody, it's Barry Bostwick.
I have to do a complete reinstall with new OS on my PC. How do I make sure I keep my XP and items related to my ET profile? It scares the crap out of me that I might somehow mess up my connection with ETc. I cannot have that, I would freak out. I plan to do a clean install of ET once up and running.

Suggestions? Just copy my ET folder?

All that really matters is that you save your nkey (which links your admin and XP to you). All my ET config is in Documents so you could save it all or just the nitmod folder or just the nkey file and add it back later after installing clean.

I allways save my whole et folder. On new os just a new link to the desktop and all is the same as before.

But like psyko said save nkey.dat or nkey in nitmod folder. And also save the etkey in etmain if you have levels and xp on otjer mods.

thanks everybody. I will do what is suggested. This just means that you guys have to put up with the Barry for that much longer.
