i ' m friend of Wolverine. he don't know english well, so i ' m here to try help him. With yours help
he playing here few years since 2018, he got banned message, he want to know why? After all he is not cheating or something like that

It started around 3 or 4 months ago, In game after refreshing all servers are shown, except the favorite etc servers.
And sometimes etc servers show up, but when trying to connect it show banned message..
And now once again, there is no list of servers etc..

Ok so I've checked and we actually cancelled all bans from 2 month ago and beyond, meaning there is no bans from 3 or 4 month ago and also I don't see anyone named wolverine from the past 2 month for that matter. Can you post a picture of that ban message plz on our discord Lobby or here? our discord is https://discord.gg/6yFPcR7

Also to connect to the server you don't have to find it, you can also type in the direct IP server in the console by typing /connect etclan.de or /connect 185.248.141.23:27960

i can't upload screenshots of the ban reason, because i don't see etc server list, like was before that happen.

You are not banned, If you were banned you would have seen a ban message, it seem like he has a connection problem. Maybe there was a storm that corrupted the connection to the server, try reset the router and also try to speak with your interner service provider for a fix. Also look in your firewall, if ports 27960 and 27950 are open

Edit. same mac adress like yours was banned, we unbanned that mac adress.

it take time to understand how to change mac, i did it. this is not show me etc server list, at favorite list. again cannot connect.. even to show ban message..
the same results on other laptop, when it clean instal

you misunderstood a bit, changing mac adress from your side was not necessary.
try connecting via console with connect etclan.de:27960 with your old mac
if its not working, restart router again, and try again

Edit: The Fact, that the same problem appears on both pc, it could be a router or internet provider problem
maybe the firewall inside is blocking traffic to and or from our servers
