increase connection timeout
Hi, I'd have a weird question from an experiment. I try to connect to ETc| servers from my rooted smartphone (arm64). The full loading time takes about 5-6 mins but at the end of load I get connection timed out error. Can you increase the timeout for 10 mins? Not on all servers but on the less visited server such as e.g. clan-etc.de:27980.

Re: increase connection timeout
Hi Kulturguda,
with a arm64 its not possible to connect to the 27980 server. Because nitmod does not support arm. You can only connect to our etlegacy server with the etlegacy client. Port 27991

Re: increase connection timeout
SUCCESS!!!...and 2 mins loading time was enough.
My experiences were with 640x480, low settings, mouse and keyboard (in native linux chroot environment and arm64 -> x86_64 emulation):
- 1-5 fps in bigger spaces with lot of details, textures or players
- 5-15 fps in smaller rooms with few players
- 200 ms average ping in game
- 200-300 kB/s download speeds
Conclusion: the game is practically unusable to play (in certain cases e.g. covert ops in scope view can be playable). Otherwise it is suitable for spectators and chat.
Thank you for your help!
