I've been sick the last 2 weeks I caught hand foot and mouth disease from one of the kids on my grandson's baseball team.
I'm not feeling much yet hopefully it will run its course and I'll be over it by next week.
It's really hard on adults not so bad on kids though.

Still having problems with my health the doc has ruled out hand foot and mouth disease and it's either a bacteria infection or allergic reaction to a medication i'm taking.
I had to go back to the doctor over the weekend my hands were so swollen I couldn't hardly close them.
I'm feeling a bit better but this was the 3rd straight weekend this has happened, breaking out in hives ,hopefully it's nothing serious and I'll be back to my old self soon.
I haven't forgotten about you guys keep on fragging I'll be back ASAP.
