Hi guys i reinstall my windows 10 and now i have a this problem. How i can fix it? Thx

Its something to do with your graphic card !

Check if you get the last driver for it if not download new one .
If you still have problems its probably a screen resolution problem load from your cfg so if it happen when you exec et straight away you have to delete all your .cfg files (if you want keep them to test it i suggest you to copy and paste them in a folder but you need remove them for now if that the problem psot your cfg you want use i will try see what the problem)
Also if its not solve try exec game with window xp compatibility if you dont know how to do it tell me.

If the problem persist tell me i will look closer in your case but obviously it should be solve gl
