lag problem

So well..
my game stopped working , this new version update due. Exists in the ping was low, now it spins between 140-450 , and the game does not work at all . Anyone have information on how I could fix this, I have used in my head, enough of this game and I can not worrying about anything. Ideas? Tools for ? my head is empty. I hope someone knows the problem.
Drivers have been updated , viruses rebuffed, almost all tried who could help this problem . On the Internet is not wrong , because this action earlier.

Maybe Jay you know how we could fix that?

what I did after when I saw/notice this problem:
Updated drivers
Deleted viruses
Downloaded PC updates

Problem isn't solved..

Yes, but I have still one problem and this is when I join game or map starte, I got 1-4min lag, but when time was running I can play ''almost'' normally. I dont have any fucking ideas how could fix that, so annoying. I try to fix it. I dont have lot of time now, cause I have to stay bed cuz' I have concussion..
