First he did nextmap in a full server without asking anyone!
Next he mute me because i said read the rulez ! so i called him a wanker he is because he doenst get the rulez
Then he Kicked me :S I rejoined the server he pm me {Dont fuck with me} I said am not fucking with you and am not scared of you hehe :p
and i said If you dont abay the rulez you are a wanker i didnt even call him a wanker and he kickt me again !

he need too learn the damn rulez !!

You should have stopped at the map changing, forget it and then raising the issue here

I wasn't there but by what you say: Everything after him doing the map change involving you making smart-ass comments about rule reading and then calling him a wanker is just provocation and not how to correctly deal with such situations. By the sound of it he needs to learn the rules but you also need to learn how to behave in certain situations instead of calling other members wankers (presumably in front of everyone in the server).
