I managed to reduce the lag very much, now the game works so well as a laptop can not only act , I guess.
I updated to the latest drivers for your computer can possible.
here's how I got the correction of own game:
ABOUT CFG
1. low graphics settings
2. game looks 1st weird
3. My cfg
4. Running smaller graphichs as can DON'T TRY THIS CFG IF YOU DONT HAVE NO IDEA WHAT ARE YOU DOIN!

i try what u type update all drivers put your cfg in etmain and try but nothing better i have lowest fps than now :S soo no help to me but anyway tnx bro!! you have all respect from me

goddamnit! I thought that could fix your FPS and ping problems, cause I had same problem as you, but when I did all of these things, my problems are solved.
I can't help you more than I did.. hmm.. I hope you could fix it somehow.

goddamnit! I thought that could fix your FPS and ping problems, cause I had same problem as you, but when I did all of these things, my problems are solved.

You should copy paste in here your own cfg's.. maybe something is wrong there, or normal settings?
cause if you have laptop.. this should work.
so the fault must have a connection to the internet, do the test.
I am sure that the problem is out there.
when i update my graphic card driver was better i had higer fps but now i cant find latest update for this graphic i hope when i find latest will be better..

did you tried SlimDriver program? if you don't, donwload it and scan your computer, but I still think problem is your network connection.
Buy better connection or suggest that in your parents
I try but when i try to upload graphic driver it say driver you are installing on a computer that does not have a confirmed validity of the appropriate driver can be obtained from the operator PC so i cant instal..but i think if i upload my driver to lattest will be my fps fix and better..i have wifi from my neighbour but connection is good work fine..i think is problem my graphic driver..but cant fix becouse iidk what to do wit his pperator PC idk where to find upload..

other drivers uppdated ? like video cards, network card..
its hard tell you what to do, I should see the problem yourself.
Are you absolutely sure that you have done everything right ? because I doubt a little.
i update with slimdriver all only graphic card becouse i cant i have instaled 3.6.2011 i try to instal lattest idk 2013 or something but cant becouse say to me a computer that does not have a confirmed validity of the appropriate driver idk why and what to do :S i do all what you say to me so im sure..

Guys , I think if you are having bad FPS ( not ping ) eveyrtime , even if you try all the cfg , then it means your PC is very old or totally not meant for any time of gaming.
Ping problem = Internet problems , phone your ISP to see if you can make it better.

yep, I know that. You could make your FPS lower if you use different cfg's. I did it, and your connection will put your fps down too.
I update like you say with slimdriver and put one more time this cfg in etmain and try but its same..same low fps so not work to me i must just find how to update graphic driver without this error but idk how :S
