Hess was the name of one of the most favorite Nazis in Germany. In my opinion it is already disrespectful to other players if someone with that name plays on the server and it would be even more harmful to the clan if a member uses that name.

oh, ye, right, he is using the name of a member of the nazi party, that makes him a nazi right ? as said, I've never seen a bad behaviour on him, he is fair, helps with teams, and never disrespects. If anyone else disagree let me know, but I think that so far you've been more disrespectful than him.
