ETc server , cheaters paradise? (Trackbase)

I was looking at trackbase today and i noticed none of my sessions were ranked. If you go to your profile on trackbase (any etc member) there will be a an icon next to the session not ranked icon ect. When you hover over it it will say ''This server has been taking out of rankings, because it is known as a cheaters paradise'' Does any leader (sparky,Darkness,Jay) know what this shit is about? According to trackbase everyone must be cheating in our server when we actually get rid of cheaters with no remorse (bans) I don't get this?

This is a bug which myself and jay..are trying to get sorted with track base....Track base have also said its a bug..and has also affected other servers..so just hang fire until we get it sorted
