Yep!
Download the file, go to your ET file folder... There you find a folder for Nitmod and in there you can see a DEMO folder ---> Put the file in there

Afterwards, start the game, push "REPLAY" and choose the mod there (in this case NITMOD ofc

)

There you should see all the demos you ever saved in your folder...

Choose the relevant file and there you go...

Works also for the other mods ofc, but in this case you'd have to save the demofile in the according folder (e.g. Jaymod --> Demo ...)
