Splatterladder shows, i have been played 16,4 hours, i know its not the 40h
But my average time is +2,5 hours per day
And i only play in this Server.

Ok, my name is Jani, i am 20 years from Eastern of Finland @ ( Southern Savo - Savonlinna).
I have two hobbies, first of em is Floorball, in first division. (The second best stage after FinnishFloorballLeague)
And second i am expert to config Counter-Strike: Source servers.

Clans I was in: I remember the old times, we had couple servers with [NSS] = Not So Serious clan from northeurope.
SL rating: 11 Something now, dont remember, when i matched in ET it was over 20.

I would hope that I would have chosen, because I'm an exemplary and nice guy.

I haven't really seen you playing that much, but that's probably my mistake, not yours, since I haven't played that much lately.
But may I ask, what class (soldier, medic, ...) you play usually?

I handle every class. But best part of me is engineering. Usually i am an field ops / engineer.

I know that a lot of complaining, but I do not complain for nothing. What many fail to notice doublejumpers, etc. I have hosted many servers in many games: CoD, Counter-Strike 1.6/Source, Also Left 4 Dead 2 servers.

Reason probably vigilance is it, for example, in Finland, the CS servers is the real deal, but the players are not so much as you might imagine.
I've been running four years the one of world's top zombie server, and Also best Sauna / Normal Map Servers in finland.

It is perhaps the reason why moan offenders against the rules, because I know that it will take players to servers, and new players will probably not be too pleased about if not immediately be chat spam When they connect.
That's true story hope u understand my "alertness"

I am also a moderator in many game, the reason that I'm positive and considerate.

I will just say one thing, if I am wrong please tell me.
What works it is better to leave it. And, we are a fun clan, who mostly has non raters player, who come for the fun. Not to be kicked for spaming, neither for rushing, yep, we call the attention if they do it so much, but we are not dictators, we want them to have fun and come back, as you have noticed we are allways jocking and kidding, and we even insult each others, we care for our players and members to be fine.

And if new players have a problem with the use of chatsounds, then there is a very easy solution for it to mute the sounds.
Playing only serious on a fun server will actually make people leave. You can't expect teamwork on a funserver all the time. The ETc server should be enjoyable by everyone, this means every group has to make a compromise. Your major complains were people not playing seriously (teamwork) when i was ingame. You tend to get frustrated easily since you posted this on the portal homepage:
