Ive been looking for about 20 minutes and im completely lost. Wondering how you get a picture or avatar thing below your posts. For example, darkness has a picture, madde,jay, lucky, etc...thanks for the help

Hey, that's easy man. You go in User Control Panel (up there ^) then profile, and then edit signature. After that I don't know how to put a picture in it.

Ya I know you can type stuff in there but i want the picture and cool shit. Also, how do you get that little pic under your name over on the right >>> to say ETc member

For the cool signature, you need to make one via Photoshop, and then you have to upload it. For the avatar, you do what was said, just User Control Panel ==> Edit Avatar

...and for it to say "ETc-Member" youll need a ETC Forum Moderator (Matt or Jay) to set you as such
