XP and level problem

Hello,

I had to format C because I had a huge crash on my computer, and did not have any time to backup anything. So I reinstalled ET and now everytime I connect, I lose my XP and levels all the time. I had that problem once but it fixed itself somehow. Can someone please tell me what to do, I know there is something with the ETkey file but I don't know what. Help please, it's boring to have to play medic and give packs to everyone just to get adrenaline

you not saved your etkey from etmain folder? then your xp are gone forever.

The problem is not he dont have his xp, but he lose his xp and lv. when he reconnect to server to play.

fx Play 1 hour and get 5.000 xp then go offline and its all gone.

At least thats what I think he is saying

uhmm server was started witrh a wrong account. server had no rights to save the user.db, its fixed from serverside. if you still have a problem call me.

Problem solved, thanks to Darkness for his kick. I'm sure it is psychological but now it works.

Now i have same. I had again over 20000 xp points, then i lost all and now every time when i reconnecting whit server its back to 0.

Edit: and in etmain folder i dont have etkey file :O
edit: i created new accoutn where i play et sloved tnx

i had the same problem too lol, after instaling Teamfortress 2. connected with hlsw program to teamfortress 2 server. Later i connected with hlsw to etserver and i had my name from steam. And i got kicked for hacking server because of ascii codes in my name and 0xp and no lvl. Deleted the name in hlsw (i dont know why hlsw saves my steam name...) and all was fine again.

This was in hlsw in the name box "عT©|₪ҳҲ..Jдצ..Ò²Ò³ ₪" normal it should look like this " عҭ©|₪ҳҲ..Jдצ..Ҳҳ ₪"
