im suprised that in age 14 you are after 2 years of learning english,
I think that we start it from 3rd class of primary school what means 9-10 year old ;x

You suprised me a little, and the 2nd thing is that if you want to be ETc member, you must be adult (18+), but if I can be honest, i dont think that even 50% of ETc is over 18 xDD
