Rules are always complex causing havoc and problems amongst the people that abide them,creating argue/fights/war/death
so the speech unfolds to all that have doubts (and can read good english 
)You are ETc.. easy one of the most successfull german based international clans in europe ever.To keep it that way<<-- i personally have ways of doing things(sometimes doing nothing is a good solution,but sometimes in this clan,ive noticed that doing just enough at the right moments can have great results,we as a team "a clan" must serve the public,thats what we are here for,,rather than be have some admin ruin our day,we/you have the opportunity to put things right,that means that if your capable,you will put your personal feelings to one side "ingame" and do whats right,me personally "as darkness" i get the chance to be good and bad,and those that know me,,know that being bad is really being good,im do test you all,public too in many ways,,its easy to understand that bad decisions will be less when im around,simply because people know im there or jay,,we are leaders,so a leader ingame,all are innocent
,so i test,make myself to maybe look like an asshole,,say somethings sour to provoke a response still,.,even i genuinly get frustrated from unfair situations,we are all human after all,and for me,thats np,we all have bad days/moments,but lets try stick to some rules and we all surely will bath in the glory,that ETc is the best clan ever.1:Dont insult the public or each other(the public keep your server popular)
2:shuffle only at the start of a map,and not everymap(sometimes finding an even balance is near impossible and many times within 10 minutes a fair player"hopefully an ETc admin will go to the weaker team .
3:warn before a kick (but people that are racist or extremly antisocial kick them instantly,,np for me.
4:you must not use !nextmap command(the map cycle has been created with intensions of keeping all happy,if you dont like the map,dont waste your time crying publicly about it"they wont help",after all your the admin,you set standards and sit it out,have yourself a cig,and maybe look for unfairness or cheats.Also i must add..at the end of each map the auto timer is 30 seconds,if someone use !nex at the same time that autonextmap reaches 0 = server crash.then your in trouble ^^ jay check logg files who did it,,and maybe you banned,its not worth it.
5:someone insults public,,you can verbal warn them publicly,,,, no insults plz check there reaction,.then mute,,then unmute some time after,if there behaviour dont change !mute !disorient,watch him leave
6:if you suspect a cheat,dont talk public about it,ask your bros and sisters to spec with you,and get a garantee he does cheat,i dont like good players banned.
7:always keep your ETc tagg on,if your not proud to wear your tagg ,you dont deserve it,it causes confusion/others to follow = many admins that hide away as someone else. I use extra,s on my name ETc|A^DARKNESS:) for fun,and DARKNESS) for mass death
8:as said before crying publicly about something only makes us as a clan like babys without mothers milk,if your frustrated thats fine bros & sisters,but dont expect there,s someone gonna save your day,just talk to each other,we are here together in this clan,,you can pm me /m darkness i hate that ***ing arty all the time it kill me /m serdrake yes bro,thats the only way you can be killed my warrior /m darkness
<3.Nah we not gay we R family.9:panzerwar/sniperwar is rare used,,i dont or jay,so if you guys did,expect unhappy leaders,these 2 options are really again,about timing,and really should be done by vote(w00t & jay maybe make a vote system for them)
10:my rules surely are unlike any-other,jay maybe have a different perception of rules,in more simpler ways and woot too,so try get the general idea,"we/you are the good guys,and the best admins dont use there cmds nor care for them,just respect what we,ve got and make us better with all your wonderfull personality,s combined i already feel in my heart we are truely a unique clan.
