guid problem pls help

i try connect to ETc serwer and i got error u have invailid guid and if i have this error all my settings like fov itp... are reseted what i must do ,this error fuck off ??

I had this to, guid = with ur etkey, its not saving xp either does it ? just play on a other server for an hour and than returen to ETc|
