you have to open our server, first or second, then jaymod will be set as mod in game, then you disconnect and in folder demos you'll have this demo
so, connect to 1st server or sexcup
disconnect
click demos
enjoy ;p

I opened it in ET 2.60b which i havent played for yonks. maybe that works barb.
oh and you dont have to connect to server. just do as SerDrake said.

Believe me Dipl, it works for me only after I connect to server, then disconnect. Only then. For me. Maybe at Barb comp it works via mods, and demos in normal way.
