i think F2 is too hard with a view on his activity ingame and on forum...i would say F1 for trail membership that he can learn how to act like an admin...and if he can not handle his rights,he will not get the membership?!...what do you think?

i didnt see 3-4 week ET player in clan.we give for 100k xp only 4 level.and 1 month,daily 2 hour player want direct 6+ level !!

hm sorry but i dont think so...not every regular want to join the clan...so lvl4 for longtime regulars is ok...but we only speak about trail-membership,that means everyone can have a look on his "process"...no one was born as perfekt admin;)...and your right...i also have seen him "insulting" in some way...but only if someone pushed him or fragmedics dont heal him and so on...And in my opinion we all do so!...also pete and you adige.you are right,he needs to learn which respect is needed as admin and which behavoir.BUT for this we have the trailmembership i think...and if he cant learn it,he will get kicked...thats the way it works!...with his activity he should get a chance.

and sry...but often if he cries a bit,i think hes right.he only must learn to handle this situations in a better way.
