Poison knives

Could you implent poison knives in the server?
And for the boobs that play on no other server than etc
:
When you throw a knife you can charge them so the 1 you trow it at will de poisoned and will have a slow and painfull death
.(unless of course they take some medpacks)

Does someone know the "revingspree-sound"? After 5 revives in a row comes a sound like a ambulance alert....also nice, but i found it only for etpro server
