Querry about your server system bs TB

What do you guys think of this new 'ET:Legacy 2.70 linux-i386 May 13 2012'
You guys applied it on your server.
but I see noone with good rate, not even Mario, can rate on it.
So my question: what do you think about it?

I don't know what is ET:Legacy 2.70 linux-i386 May 13 2012, and I don't know if we applied on the Server xD
But we got lot of good rate man xD Mario is one of them but look this :

Yes, I know them all.
But new system on your server makes us not able to rate like we used to do.

new ratesystem makes i hard to get+ rate saw one havign 100/15 and even have -rate

108/18 in 28 mins got me +21ppm and +27 ppm(tsp)
=> - rate
Makes no sense.
