Little confused

I am confused on why etc|g-player who just joined etc 1 week ago has a higher level than me when i have been in ETc for some months now. I am just wondering if it was that i am not a good admin or something like that and if not i would like to have my admin level raised. thanks friends, trigga

g-player which i have nothing against i love him, great guy is a level 22 and I am 21..It's not much but i just feel kind of disresprected by this because i have been in clan for around 4 months idk and him 1 week. I just want to know why and would like to be same or higher level than him.
