IwA#enc0re banned & Spor

I'm making this topic for him, because his English writing skills are not that good (I'm not saying mine are better but whatever)
Anyway he got banned today by Jay, because he said that encore would use a wallhack.. Well I think or better, I know he does not cheat.
The reason I know he doesn't cheat is quiet simple, he's a real-life mate of me. Of course you can say something like "You can say whatever you want since we can't spec what he has on his screen". But other players like Hangul, who says he plays ET since 2004, saying he doesn't cheat.
Also Jay just specced him on one map and banned him, I think thats quiet a short time to say that some uses wallhack without any clear proofs like pbscreenshots or demos with r_shownormals on a jaymod server where a bit gamesense gives you a huge advantage or just checking the radar(which is working insanely good on jaymod).
I also see players like BossHK and dTEC7 banned here, those players are playing etpro on a good level and have kinda proven themselves not cheating because they use the new anticheat SLAC but I don't know the background of that case, I'm just saying
I got banned as well for, well I dunno the screen says "no reason given" or something but thats another story and I don't really care, it just would be nice to know why I got a permanent ban for something.
