yeah...as he wrote,i asked him to apply.he thought he wont have any chance because he is 16 years old.but i think he can be a good option for our family;)...he can still grow in his role as etc member and admin.
the last weeks i have often spoke with him and spec him and he rly ALWAYS change teams if they get unfair und is always in a good behaviour to other players and always in a good mood.as i told him, i dont know what other members think, but i told him that he cant loose anything if he apply and from me he gets a big:
