I barely understand what your saying. There are some rules to be able to join ETc.
Its not Like : Hey can i join ? oh good thanks.
Or you get invited by recruiters on the server ( That was in my case ) or you apply on the forums with a good filled out applycation... And not "hello , can i join".
But i think recruitment on site is closed or isnt it ?

I make a new post because my other not too clear.

I'm almost 19 years, October 19
I am a boy.
I am from the Netherlands.
my english is not so good but I can post and reply's to do with
a translator on google.
I would have long been in the clan, it seems to me a nice clan
and I have been playing a while on the server.

I want in the clan because I find a great server and I
would like help to keep it.
I will be much more present on the site itself, and many in the game.

I hope I am allowed this concept because I would really
like in the clan.
