i had the same issue a time ago.

For me helped a just reinstall of my PC. I cleaned my full pc and deleted ET with it, after that it was gone.

But maybe just an ET reinstall could help too.

First of all, i want to say sorry, that i didnt said anything but just gone for that long time. The reason was that one of my closest friends passed away an I wasnt able to play a game which is about Killing people.
