you misunderstood a bit, changing mac adress from your side was not necessary.
try connecting via console with connect etclan.de:27960 with your old mac
if its not working, restart router again, and try again

Edit: The Fact, that the same problem appears on both pc, it could be a router or internet ...

Export works with it, atleast MD3 and MDM/MDX.
Maybe i exported to MDC too, im not sure :D
i used blender-2.80rc3 or 2.91
Some Import Addons are disabled by default in blender, and if you dont find what you want, there are several ones available online ...
